Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data is used by
Puzzle Water Bottle Sort (package
com.kmtech.bottle_sort), a color-sort puzzle game made by
KMTech. It is written for the Google Play User Data policy
(Data safety) and for Google AdMob ad transparency.
Short version: no account, no login, no location, contacts, camera, or microphone. Your game progress stays on your phone. Ads by Google AdMob may collect and share device data (including the Advertising ID and IP address) for ads, ad measurement, and fraud prevention.
1. Who is responsible
KMTech, the developer of Puzzle Water Bottle Sort
(com.kmtech.bottle_sort).
For data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google acts under the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob policies.
2. Data stored in the app
Puzzle Water Bottle Sort does not create user accounts and does not send your name, email, or phone number to KMTech. KMTech has no game server. Levels are generated inside the app.
The app saves this on your device only (Android SharedPreferences):
- The highest level you have unlocked
- The date you last finished the Daily puzzle
- Your sound on/off setting
This is game data, not personal data. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it. It is not backed up to KMTech.
3. Data collected and shared by Google AdMob
The app shows ads with the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob): banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open ads. According to Google's Play data disclosure for AdMob, the SDK may collect and share:
- IP address (may be used to estimate rough location)
- App interactions (for example app launches, taps, ad views)
- Diagnostics (SDK and app performance)
- Device IDs, including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID
Google uses this for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.
In regions where the law requires consent for personalized ads (for example the EEA and UK), Google may show non-personalized or limited ads.
You can limit personalized ads in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads) → reset or delete the Advertising ID
Rewarded ads are always your choice. You only watch them when you tap a button such as "Watch ad" (for example for a hint, an undo, an extra bottle, more pours, or another Daily play).
4. Permissions
The app uses internet and network state access to load ads, and the Advertising ID permission for ads. It does not ask for location, microphone, camera, contacts, or photo storage.
5. Children
Puzzle Water Bottle Sort is made for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of the Google Play Families program.
6. Security and transfers
- Ad traffic to Google uses HTTPS.
- KMTech does not sell user data.
- Google may process ad data on servers in many countries, under Google's policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022), you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of data we control. Since we keep no accounts or server data, you can delete everything by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app, and by resetting your Advertising ID. For data held by Google, use your Google account controls.
8. Changes
If our data practices change in a meaningful way (for example new analytics or user accounts), we will update this page and the effective date above.
